BOOKING, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Booking Policy

All bookings made through LangkawiTransport.com must include accurate details such as:

  • Pickup location
  • Drop-off location
  • Pickup date and time
  • Contact phone number
  • Number of passengers

Customers are responsible for ensuring all booking information is correct before confirming the booking.

LangkawiTransport.com reserves the right to adjust pricing if the booking details change, including distance, vehicle type, or service duration.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their booking by contacting LangkawiTransport.com via email or WhatsApp.

Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may not be eligible for a refund.

Booking Changes

Customers may request changes to their booking such as:

  • Pickup time
  • Pickup location
  • Drop-off location
  • Date of service

All requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time and are subject to availability.

Additional charges may apply depending on the changes made.

No Show Policy

A booking will be considered No Show if:

  • The customer does not arrive at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, or
  • The driver cannot reach the customer using the provided contact number.

In the case of a No Show, the booking will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service, or
  • LangkawiTransport.com is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances.

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during booking.

Refund processing time may take 3–7 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
